		<description>I used to totally do that too!  Save movie stubs with the names of who I went with on the back.  I&#039;m sure they&#039;re all scattered about in various purses.  But you&#039;re right--definitely best to throw them out at this point in life.  Why keep them, right???</description>

She spends equal time talking about organizing strategy AND psychology--why we hang on to stuff, how to let things go if it feels like too much.  It helped me a TON.</description>
