Dude. I came home from 5 days of Thanksgiving travels up FOURTEEN fracking pounds. The best part? Only four have gone back away. Lina speaks the truth, my friend.
Use a tape-measure(?) rather than a scale.
Muscle significantly outwieghs fat (which it also burns).
Each July I do the 500 mile bike ride, and I come home 12-15 pounds heavier. But I am a rock when I get home (comparatively).
