I’m on goodreads. I’m on it mainly to record what I’ve read, to see what some of my friends are reading or have read. To see what other people think of the same books that I’ve read. Why did she like the book I hated? Why did he hate the book I loved?
Like all the good websites, you request “friends.” I understand the appeal of having a million friends on myspace. I mean, I understand it to an extent. (Think about where I work to know why I get it) I don’t understand the need to have lots of friends on goodreads. On goodreads, people!
I just recorded my thoughts on “When you are engulfed in flames” (loved it). I guess there’s a “recently posted” thing or something because immediately I had a friend request from some random guy in some random place.
That, that my friends, I don’t get.

That or he wanted to tell you to stop, drop, and roll.
